Basic Functions of the Module:

ensuring security in public spaces;
transmitting data on meteorological and hydrological warnings from institutions collecting these measurements and timely automatic warning to the public;
for monitoring the anti-theft alarm system for fixed and mobile telephony communications, it is necessary to send at least five types of signals to the Monitoring Center, as well as periodically the state of the interrogation system according to the target category;
a dispatcher monitoring the intrusion alarm system within the perimeter of the city center and adjacent areas, where provision will be made to the Monitoring Center for data on the status of related systems;
for the monitoring system, alarm systems have the role of transmitting to the Monitoring Center several types of signals, as well as the Internet transmission of the state of the interrogation system;
the signals from the leakage monitoring system and the accumulation of potentially dangerous flammable gas or vapors, the concentration increase in relation to the limits allowed in the construction should be provided to the Monitoring Center via several types of signals, as well as via Internet transmission of the state of the query system;
to monitor potentially dangerous situations in critical infrastructure units in the area served by the Monitoring Center by transmitting the data collected in the security process, with the supervision of warnings and technical alarms;
to control the degree of contamination with potentially hazardous substances within the territory or the designated monitoring units with responsibilities in this field, the data transfer to the Monitoring Center being ensured;
to ensure the functioning of the voice/data/video transmission system;
to ensure the functioning of the decision support system;
to ensure the functioning of the Fleet management system, monitoring and taking measures, the place of public transport;
to ensure the functioning of the CCTV urban system;
to ensure the operation of the alarm system in case of theft, gas leakage, fire and technical failure;
to ensure the functioning of the environmental quality monitoring system;
to ensure the functioning of the seismic and hydrological monitoring system;
to ensure the functioning of the notification system;
to ensure the functioning of the traffic control system;
to identify the registration system numbers.
